Welcome to Centre Park's Official Web Site, My name is Donald Britt, elected as President of Centre Park Association for the year 2008.
As my 2nd year as President of Centre Park, I would like to personally thank the following: Centre Park's Board of Directors for contributing ideas and being responsive to the needs of the Park. Property Management Resources, Inc. (Centre Park's property management company) for handling situations in a very business-like manner. McKenzie Signature Lawn Services for going above and beyond the requirements that I placed upon them to make Centre Park into a pleasant place to do business, hired in July 2007. The Lake Doctors for getting all 3 lakes in order, and by being responsive, they began work in the Park in October 2007. Rick Alger Irrigation for taking care of the irrigation requirements for the Park. The above mention companies paid special attention to the details that were placed upon them, and show up for their assigned projects consistently without issue.
We have come along way in the last 10 months since our first election of the 2007 Board of Directors, which was April 26, 2007. Assembling the correct team of companies to maintain Centre Park correctly has been a challenge. We have accomplished it with the above mentioned companies. As you are well aware by now, the goal of this website is to centralize communication and to inform the outside business community of Centre Park. Your Elected Representatives on the Board of Directors for 2008 are: (2nd year) President, Donald Britt of Gator Machining ; (2nd year) Vice President, Charles H. Wilson of Charles H. Wilson Construction ; (2nd year) Secretary, Charles Molyneaux of Action Upholstery Supply ; (2nd year) Treasurer, Noel Speranza / Gretchen McGavic of KVN Heating & Cooling ; (2nd year) Directors - Greg and Alice Petrat of Petrat Steel Technology Inc; and the non-elected Administrative Assistant to the Centre Park Board of Directors is Caroline Resnick of Gator Machining.
It is our goal as Centre Park Association Board of Directors is to be responsive to the needs of property owners and business' in Centre Park.
